Initially conceptualized as an honors project meant to marry Gylanni's dual majors (Theatre and Gender Studies), this piece is an exploration of marriage, weddings, and identity. Gylanni takes the stage in their own dream wedding, as a way of determining whether or not they would like to ever be married. Surrounded by friends, family, and mentors, Gylanni searches for the root of our rituals and traditions and their place in all of it.
